Fhloston Association is a non-profit that works to help the promotion of culture, audiovisual, design and artists, especially the young creators, concentrating on the distribution of their work. It focuses on the audiovisual branch, supporting different musicians and local artists, giving them visibility in the international community.

Fhloston has decided to organize the Bilbao Web Fest in order to support a community that defends the same values which they work every day with: effort, desire to excel and the promotion of talent and new technologies, and always looks for that fifth element that makes the difference.
